Program terms

Commission is 10% of net payments (after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment-processing fees) actually collected from a referred account during its first 12 months, starting when the account signs up with your link or code.
A signup is attributed to at most one referrer: the referral link takes precedence over a typed code, first attribution wins, and attribution never changes afterward.
Payouts run once per calendar month in arrears with a $50.00 minimum; balances under $50.00 roll forward. Service credit can be elected instead and has no minimum.
Self-referrals, referring your own alternate accounts, cookie stuffing, misleading advertising, spam, bidding on Card Wallet trademarks, and any artificial or fraudulent activity void the related commissions and may end participation.
Refunded or charged-back payments deduct from your balance, including after a payout (offset against future earnings).
You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or representative of Card Wallet; you're responsible for your own taxes on payouts (US participants may be asked for a W-9 above IRS reporting thresholds).
We may modify or discontinue the program prospectively at any time; earned commissions through the change date are honored. Codes are revocable for abuse.
